
In July, I arranged the online roundtable meeting with 3 fashion designers and 3 NFT experts who have already produced their own NFT products to the Chinese consumers. Below is the specific information

- To have some specific ideas that aiming at Chinese Millennials.
- To understand more about the Chinese Millennials consumers.

The introduction of designers and experts
Dongjie Zhang: The fashion designer just graduated from CSM who have the strong interest in NFT virtual fashion. His work which shows below is really suitable for the development of virtual fashion. However, in the roundtable meeting, he indicated that for many new designers are afraid of participating in the virtual fashion parts due to the less of capital and experience.
During this roundtable meeting, he corporate with other experts to transfer his graduate pieces into virtual fashion which are shown below.





During this meeting, we discussed the factors for building a good platform for NFT sales which specifically aims at Chinese Millennials. Designers and experts share their own opinions and experiences and summarised three main requirements. The first one is the protection of the copyrights of their products. Also, they wanted the social display and proper promotion. The last one is the appreciation of space and collection significance in the platform.
Stakeholder Reflection
Designers feel helpful during this roundtable meeting. Also, as one of the stakeholder, they understand more about the Millennials’ market. It is much better to have offline communication instead of online next time. However, as most of the NFT experts and journalists are in different countries, it can only be online this time.
